James Brady, PhD. Area CIO of Kaiser Permanente Orange County (Calif.). Mr. Brady spent time as the chief information security officer and director of technical services at Hawaii Health Systems Corp. in Honolulu before joining Kaiser Permanente Orange County as area information officer in 2013. While at Hawaii Health Systems Corp., Mr. Brady led a technology and infrastructure transformation. In his current role, Mr. Brady works with Kaiser Permanente Orange County’s management to improve quality, reduce costs and ensure patient health. In 2014, Mr. Brady served as president of the HIMSS Southern California chapter.
