The nonprofit health system was an early adopter of EHR as part of a comprehensive clinical quality and patient safety initiative. Throughout his nearly 30-year career in healthcare — 25 years of which were spent at Baptist Health — Mr. House has sat on the board for KLAS, a research organization that monitors healthcare vendor performance.
