Penny Wheeler, MD. President and CEO of Allina Health (Minneapolis, Minn.). Prior to being appointed president and CEO of Allina Health, Dr. Wheeler was chief clinical officer of Allina, chaired the Allina Health Quality Committee, served on the Allina Health board of directors and was president of the Abbott Northwestern Hospital medical staff in Minneapolis. She is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and currently chairs the Minnesota Community Measurement Board, is on the board of Portico Healthnet and was named Outstanding Health Care Executive in 2012 by Minnesota Business.
