Melinda Estes, MD. President and CEO of Saint Luke’s Health System (Kansas City, Mo.). A board-certified neurologist and neuropathologist, Dr. Estes became president and CEO of the 10-hospital Saint Luke’s Health System in September 2011. She previously served as president and CEO of Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt., where she effectively guided the system back to financial health while expanding services, and spent nearly 20 years in various leadership and administrative roles with Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Estes also served as senior vice president of medical affairs and executive vice president of MetroHealth System in Cleveland.
