David Reich, MD. President and COO of The Mount Sinai Hospital and President of Mount Sinai Queens (New York City). Prior to being appointed to his current roles in 2013, Dr. Reich was president of the medical board and served as chair of the department of anesthesiology for 10 years at Mount Sinai. He began his career at the hospital in 1984, received the Physician of the Year Award in 2011 and the Jacobi Medallion from the Mount Sinai Alumni Association in 2014. Dr. Reich has published more than 130 peer-reviewed articles, co-edited three multi-authored text books and has served on the editorial boards of two anesthesiology journals.
