Anthony D. Slonim, MD. President and CEO of Renown Health (Reno, Nev.). Dr. Slonim has more than 15 years of healthcare executive experience, and before being appointed president and CEO of Renown Health, was executive vice president and CMO of Barnabas Health in West Orange, N.J., CMO of Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Md., and vice president of medical affairs at Carilion Medical Center in Roanoke, Va. Dr. Slonim holds faculty appointments at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark and the Jefferson College of Nursing and Health in Roanoke, Va., and is a tenured professor at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke. He is a fellow of the American College of Physician Executives and the College of Critical Care Medicine and is board-certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, internal medical critical care and pediatric critical care.
