St. Mary’s Hospital (Madison, Wis.)
Located within St. Mary’s Hospital, Dean & St. Mary’s Cardiac Center performs more than 400 procedures annually. The Cardiac Center includes a 37-bed nursing unit offering 24-hour telemetry monitoring. The Cardiac Center also introduced the Level One Heart Attack program in 2006, improving the speed and quality of care given to heart attack victims. St Mary’s was named one of the nation’s 50 top cardiovascular hospitals for 2014 by Truven Health Analytics and also was designated as a Magnet hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for the third time in a row in 2011.
