Rhode Island Hospital is designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Complex & Rare Cancers and is a founding partner of the Comprehensive Cancer Center, which gives patients access to oncology services across three area hospitals and clinical trials through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. The Comprehensive Cancer Center at Rhode Island Hospital earned the Commission on Cancer’s Outstanding Achievement Award this year.
