Franciscan St. Anthony Health (Crown Point, Ind., and Michigan City, Ind.). Both of Franciscan St. Anthony Health’s hospitals — in Crown Point and Michigan City, Ind. — received Outstanding Achievement Awards from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer this year. In Crown Point, cancer services are offered at Burrell Cancer Center. In Michigan City, clinicians treat patients at the Woodland Cancer Care Center. In 2014, the center announced a master affiliation with the University of Chicago Medicine aimed at initiating collaboration in cancer care that will include educational gatherings and presentations between the facilities.
