Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic is a nonprofit multispecialty academic medical center that operates with an institute model. Its Ob/Gyn & Women's Health Institute runs the gamut for women's health, including a breast center, a chronic pelvic pain program, a fertility center, gynecology services, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, women's weight management, and a center for menstrual disorders, fibroids and hysteroscopic services. On top of its medical services, it is dedicated to medical and healthcare delivery research. For example, the clinic was recently awarded a four-year research grant from the National Institutes of Health to better identify how patients and providers can discuss the use of new prenatal genetic tests in an informative, meaningful way. Cleveland Clinic's work in women's health and research has been recognized by many publications and organizations. U.S. News & World Report named it No. 5 in the nation for gynecology in 2017. CareChex named Cleveland Clinic among the top hospitals for women's health patient safety, and the Women's Choice Award named its Florida location a Best Breast Center.
