UPMC CancerCenter partners with the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, and provides care to approximately 74,000 patients annually. UPMC CancerCenter and UPCI jointly employ more than 2,000 physicians, scientists, administrative staff and other healthcare professionals in the fight against cancer. Through UPCI, more than 300 ongoing clinical trials are available to patients at UPMC CancerCenter's four sites of care.
