Amy Compton-Phillips, MD. Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of Providence Health & Services (Renton, Wash.). Dr. Compton-Phillips is responsible for directing patient care programs at Providence Health & Services and improving the organization’s daily operations. Prior to her work at Providence, Dr. Compton-Phillips was chief quality officer at The Kaiser Permanente Foundation, Kaiser’s national grant-making program. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore.
