William Hurford, MD. CMO of UC Health (Cincinnati). Dr. Hurford was named the UC Health’s first CMO in February 2015 after serving as chair of the system’s department of anesthesiology since 2003. He joined UC Health from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston where he was director of critical care in the department of anesthesia and critical care, and medical director of respiratory care. Dr. Hurford has authored more than 150 articles on a variety of research topics.
