Shelly S. Harkins, MD. CMO of Beacon Health System (South Bend, Ind.). Prior to joining Beacon Health System, Dr. Harkins was CMO of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Ill. Her other previous positions include active duty faculty attending physician and assistant professor at Scott Air Force Base Family Medicine Residency Program in Belleville, Ill., and regional medical director for hospice at Celtic Healthcare in Mars, Pa.
