Patrick M. O’Shaughnessy, DO. Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs and CMO of Catholic Health Services (Rockville Centre, N.Y.). Dr. O’Shaughnessy joined Catholic Health Services in 2006 as assistant director of emergency medicine for St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, N.Y. He then was named director of emergency medicine of St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown, N.Y., and CMO of Smithtown (N.Y.) Hospital before being appointed system CMO in 2013. He has held faculty appointments with Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, among others.
