Irving Prengler, MD. Executive Vice President of Medical Staff Affairs and CMO of Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas). Dr. Prengler joined the Baylor University Medical Center staff in 1983 as a practicing internist before founding the system’s first hospitalist group in 1993. He has also served as medical director of the Center for Quality and Care Coordination and CMO of Baylor Health Care System. Dr. Prengler began his current appointment in 2013.
