Robert Brandner. CIO of Spectrum Health Systems (Worcester, Mass.). Mr. Brander has years of experience at Dell Computers in IT enterprise architecture. He joined Spectrum Health Systems as CIO in November 2015 as its first CIO. Additionally, he serves as the organization’s HIPAA security officer. At Spectrum, Mr. Brander is responsible for providing leadership and vision for the health system’s IT programs.
