Jonathan Manis. Senior Vice President and CIO of Sutter Health (Sacramento). As CIO of Sutter Health for nearly a decade, Mr. Manis oversees the health system’s more than $1 billion investment in using health technologies to improve patient care, including medication bar coding, the tele-ICU and the EHR. Mr. Manis joined Sutter in September 2006, prior to which he held leadership positions in two Illinois-based systems. Mr. Manis holds a master’s degree in information science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
