Bert Robles. Executive Vice President and CIO of Guthrie (Sayre, Pa.). Mr. Robles has more than 30 years of experience in management and information technology, both in business and healthcare settings. Before his appointment at Guthrie in 2015, Mr. Robles served as senior vice president and corporate CIO for NYC Health + Hospitals in New York. He also previously held the CIO position of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
