Roger Neal. Vice President of Operations and CIO of Duncan (Okla.) Regional Hospital. Mr. Neal is responsible for implementing technology solutions that meet Duncan Regional Hospital’s financial and social missions. As vice president of operations, he oversees the hospital’s auxiliary services, IT, telecommunications, marketing and public rehabilitation services. Mr. Neal previously served as the information services director at Jackson County Memorial Hospital for six years.
