Raymond Adkins. CIO of Peninsula Regional Medical Center (Salisbury, Md.). Mr. Adkins joined the 289-bed Peninsula Regional Medical Center in 1998. As CIO, he is responsible for strategic planning and telecommunication service functions. He was selected to serve on the advisory board for Maryland’s statewide health information exchange. Hospitals & Health Networks named Peninsula Regional Medical Center among Health Care’s Most Wired in 2017.
