Matt Sakalosky. CIO and Chief Information Security Officer of Fremont (Neb.) Health. Mr. Sakalosky has served as chief information security officer and CIO of Fremont Health, which includes 81-bed Fremont Health Medical Center, since March 2015. With a background in HIPAA security, Mr. Sakalosky specializes in IT management, support services, project management and system implementation. Before joining Fremont Health, he was instrumental in implementing the first statewide health information exchange in Arkansas.
