Jason Yaworsky. Senior Vice President and CIO of Upper Allegheny Health System (Olean, N.Y.). Mr. Yaworsky spent two years as director of IT at Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital before rising to senior vice president and CIO of Upper Allegheny Health System in 2009. The system includes Bradford (Pa.) Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. In 2017, Upper Allegheny Health System received the Hospitals & Health Networks‘ Health Care’s Most Wired 2017 recognition for the second consecutive year. The health system implemented an EHR system and computerized order entry for physicians, updated digital clinical imaging and launched patient portal access during Mr. Yaworsky’s tenure.
