Bill Grimm. CIO and HIPAA Security Officer at Henry County Hospital (Napoleon, Ind.). Mr. Grimm began his career as a help desk analyst and eventually became the information systems and patient access director as well as HIPAA security officer at a critical access hospital in Marengo, Iowa. In April 2016, Mr. Grimm became the CIO of the 25-bed Henry County Hospital.
