UW Health ACO (Madison, Wis.). Launched in January 2013, UW Health ACO is a partnership between UW Health physicians, hospitals, clinics and the medical school. It is part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and was one of Wisconsin’s first ACOs. In 2014, UW Health ACO had the fifth highest overall quality scores among all MSSP participants: 94.34 percent.
