Triad HealthCare Network (Greensboro, N.C.). A collaboration between Greensboro-based Cone Health System and local physicians, Triad Health Care Network became part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, it participated in Track 1 of the MSSP and saved over $25 million. The ACO covers beneficiaries in six North Carolina counties, and CMS selected it to participate in the Next Generation ACO model beginning Jan. 1, 2016.
