ThedaCare ACO (Appleton, Wis.). ThedaCare and Bellin Health initially operated a collaborative ACO called Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners, which ranked No. 1 among Pioneer participants with a quality score of 94.11 in 2014. But the partnership split in January, with the health systems each operating their own individual ACO. Both ACOs — ThedaCare ACO and Bellin Health Physician Partners — are now part of CMS’ Next Generation Model.
