Rio Grande Valley ACO Health Providers (Donna, Texas). RGV ACO Health Providers is made up of clinics and physicians throughout four central and south Texas counties and one New Jersey county. After joining the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012, it has maintained strong performance measures. In 2014, the ACO earned $7.5 million, making it was one of the top 10 MSSP ACOs for shared savings.
