In fiscal year 2014, the most recent year for which data is available, it earned $14.5 million in shared savings. This makes Palm Beach ACO the No. 2 MSSP ACO for shared savings, following Memorial Hermann. PBACO, which covers more than 51,000 Medicare lives, has 240 primary care physicians and 160 specialists.
