Palm Beach ACO (Palm Springs, Fla.). Palm Beach ACO began the Medicare Shared Savings Program in July 2012. In fiscal year 2014, the most recent year for which data is available, it earned $14.5 million in shared savings. This makes Palm Beach ACO the No. 2 MSSP ACO for shared savings, following Memorial Hermann. PBACO, which covers more than 51,000 Medicare lives, has 240 primary care physicians and 160 specialists.
