MissionPoint Health Partners (Nashville). Founded by Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, MissionPoint Health Partners joined CMS’ Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012. The ACO became a direct subsidiary of St. Louis-based Ascension Health and works closely with St. Vincent Health in Indianapolis. By the end of 2016, MissionPoint expects to serve more than 250,000 patients across the central United States.
