Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (Dallas). Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in January 2015. The organization earned Level 2 ACO accreditation status from the National Committee for Quality Assurance later that year, demonstrating its proficiency in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care, while improving quality and reducing cost. BSWQA also formed commercial accountable care agreements with Aetna in 2014 and UnitedHealthcare in 2015.
