Baroma Accountable Care (Miami). Baroma Accountable Care, also known as Baroma Health Partners, is one of 19 ACOs in CMS’ newest ACO model, dubbed the Next Generation. Baroma was previously involved in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Following a competitive applicant process, Baroma was selected as a New Generation ACO based on prior performance in coordinating care.
