Accountable Care Options (Boynton Beach, Fla.). During its first year of operations in 2012, Accountable Care Options ACO saved more than $1,400 per beneficiary in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Four years later, the ACO has progressed to the program’s most advanced option, Track 3, which allows for greater risk and greater reward as well as more flexibility and other incentives.
