One of just six Track 2 Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs, the Accountable Care Coalition of Southeast Wisconsin earned $8.67 million in shared savings in its first performance year and $4.43 million in its second performance year in 2014. It was born through a collaboration between Milwaukee-based Independent Physicians Network and Universal American’s White Plains, N.Y.-based Collaborative Health Systems.
