Mark Kilborn. CIO of Springhill Medical Center (Mobile, Ala.). Mr. Kilborn became the area vice president of Allscripts Professional Services and CIO of Springhill Medical Center in 2000 and has since led the 252-bed hospital’s IT initiatives. The hospital also replaced its core networks and enhanced mobility and engagement efforts under Mr. Kilborn’s leadership. In 2015, the hospital became the first in Alabama to achieve HIMSS Stage 7 Ambulatory Award.
