- Cigna (Bloomfield, Conn.): $184.56 per share (up 0.8 percent)
- Humana (Louisville, Ky.): $256.56 per share (down 0.8 percent)
- UnitedHealth Group (Minnetonka, Minn.): $197.75 per share (down 1 percent)
