23 payers proposing double-digit premium hikes for 2018

Below are 23 payers proposing double-digit premium hikes for coverage offered on the ACA exchanges, based on data complied by the Kaiser Family Foundation.

Their average proposed rate hikes for silver plans are listed below, from lowest to highest request. As states are continuing to review rate filings, these are subject to change. In addition, 84 percent of enrollees are eligible for tax credits to lower their premiums.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list of premium rate requests on the individual market for 2018.
