Chicago-based Presence Health appointed Jacob Groenewold system vice president of supply chain.
Here are four things to note:
1. Mr. Groenewold most recently served as senior vice president of supply chain at Vizient, a company focused on solving healthcare challenges by leveraging analytics and consultants' expertise.
2. He has also previously held executive level positions with Consorta and Premier.
3. In his new role with Presence Health, Mr. Groenewold will oversee the lifecycle of clinical and non-clinical products and services the entire system uses.
4. He is a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association and Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management.
