As COO, Mr. Zdeblick will help implement the hospital’s three-year strategic plan, which is focused on improving individual experience, improving quality and cutting costs.
Mr. Zdeblick has more than 25 years of management and operational experience. He was most recently at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago as vice president of operations. There, he helped lead a campus transformation inclusive of designing the core processes of a new hospital, according to the report.
