St. Louis-based Ascension named Stephen Dufilho chair of its board as Rev. Dennis Holtschneider, CM, EdD, steps down to become COO and EVP of Ascension.
Mr. Dufilho has previously served as vice chair of the board, and is principal at San Antonio-based Goldsmith, Fillis & Dufilho Capital Partners.
Sister Mary Anne Rodgers was appointed to a one-year term on Ascension's board of directors after serving on the Ascension Sponsors Council since 2010.
