2. Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems appointed Steve Dobbs CEO of its Mississippi operations.
3. Lorenzo Brown was named CEO of Florida Hospital DeLand, effective May 1.
4. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health named Jeffrey C. Ingrum CEO of the Scott & White Health Plan, effective April 25.
5. Erik Wexler was named senior vice president and CEO of Providence Health & Services, Southern California, effective May 2.
