LinkedIn analyzed data from its users, such as views and applications on job postings on LinkedIn, how they engage with employers on the platform and how long employees stay with companies after being hired, to determine the list. The analysis only included companies with more than 500 employees.
McKesson came in at No. 26. “Even with more than 68,000 employees, McKesson stresses individual growth. The company offers up to 600 instructor-led courses each year through its in-house university, with thousands of hours of additional training online,” according to LinkedIn.
Medical device manufacturer Stryker was the only other healthcare-related company on the list, coming in at No. 12.
The top 10 employers were heavily internet and technology based.
