Theresa Meadows, RN, is senior vice president and CIO of Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Meadows is a member of the CHIME Professional Development Committee and is on the CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO item review panel.
Donna Roach is CIO of Via Christi Health-Ascension Information Services in Wichita, Kan. Ms. Roach has been a member of CHIME since 2006. During that time she helped develop the CHCIO program. She also sits on the CHCIO advisory panel and is a test reviewer.
