A recently launched healthcare-focused artificial intelligence company, Prognos, aims to track and predict diseases early using its advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

1. Merck Global Health Innovation Fund and Safeguard Scientifics supported the development of Prognos.
2. Prognos includes a registry of five billion clinical records in over 30 disease areas. Its advanced analytics solutions feature over 500 clinical algorithms.
3. Payers and life sciences organizations can leverage data from Prognos to identify patients who can benefit from specific treatments earlier.
4. Cigna is currently using Prognos solutions to improve engagement among its individual and family plan customers.
