The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were announced in the past week.

1. Emerson Hospital in Concord, Mass., implemented Orchid‘s real-time nurse rounding application.

2. Children’s Health System of Texas in Dallas partnered with healthcare startup Mend that offers on-demand urgent medical care house calls.

3. Abilene, Texas-based Hendrick Health System is live on Excel Medical’s BedComm Mobile Vitals Capture solution which streamlines nursing documentation throughout the hospital.

4. Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic selected Viewics Health Insight analytics platform across its department of laboratory medicine and pathology and its reference laboratory.
