2 Vocera executives named influential women in the Bay Area

Two executives from San Jose, Calif.-based Vocera Communications have been recognized in the Bay Area as influential women.

M. Bridget Duffy, MD, CMO of Vocera, was named "Woman of the Year" by Women Health Care Executives and was also named as one of the "Most Influential Women in Business for 2015" by the San Francisco Business Times.

Sandra Miley, vice president of marketing at Vocera, was recognized as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal's "2015 Women of Influence."

"These accolades are well deserved. Bridget and Sandra are not only committed to their work to improve healthcare, they are both role models for women executives and other leaders in the industry," said Brent Lang, president and CEO of Vocera.
