TransUnion acquired RTech, a technology-driven healthcare services company that offers post-service eligibility solutions.

2. SwervePay names Mike Luessi EVP of sales, channel development
SwervePay, a patient-centric healthcare payment solution, appointed Mike Luessi executive vice president of sales and channel development.

3. Aprima Medical Software completes corporate headquarters move
Aprima Medical Software, a provider of EHR, practice management and revenue cycle management solutions for medical practices, moved to its new corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas.

4. Fazzi to create 300 jobs in Ireland with new healthcare services and coding company
Fazzi Healthcare Services established a healthcare services and coding company in Limerick, Ireland.

5. Health management company launches RCM subsidiary
MAP Health Management, a practice management services and technology firm, introduced a new subsidiary focused on revenue cycle management solutions.

6. Consumer-facing app combs medical bills for mistakes
MedBill-IQ launched an app through which consumers can upload their medical bills for review by a licensed healthcare professional. 

7. Parasail Health partners with medical debt settlement platform
Parasail Health, a patient financing provider, and CirraGroup, a crowdsourced medical debt platform, partnered to help healthcare providers and patients manage the financial elements of care. 

8. Healthcare Payment Specialists expands RCM offerings
Healthcare Payment Specialists launched two revenue cycle management products: Uncompensated Care Analytics and Complex DRG Review.
