Smart Source, a brand management business process outsourcing and technology provider, has partnered with Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, a national provider of healthcare revenue cycle management solutions.
Here are three things to know about the agreement.
1. As part of the agreement, Smart Source and Convergent will support each other through the lifecycle of the patient experience, according to a news release.
2. Smart Source will provide pre-arrival patient communications and a wayfinding tool.
3. Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, for its part, will offer back-end follow up solutions that "support patient care and retention as well as resolution of balances due from both insurance companies and patients," according to a news release.
