Charlotte, N.C.-based Medical Billing Experts, a provider of outsourced billing and revenue cycle management, appointed Chip Porter CEO.
Here are three things to know.
1. Mr. Porter has extensive executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry with a variety of health plans and providers.
2. He previously served as senior vice president of revenue cycle management and managed care contracting for Virtual Radiologic in Eden Prairie, Minn.
3. He also held similar leadership roles at The Woodlands, Texas-based The US Oncology Network and Plano, Texas-based Golden Living.
