Christopher Wyatt, senior vice president and controller of HCA Holdings, recently sold 3,152 shares in the Nashville, Tenn.-based company, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Based on an average market price of $79 per share, the total value of the transaction was $249,008.
Mr. Wyatt now holds $597,082 in HCA stock.
